Am starting Exante Total Solution in the morning. Have done Lipotrim before and have done well, although I have really struggled to keep the weight off, hence starting again in the morning.
After a very upsetting conversation with my Mum the other day, I have realised it's not just me I'm doing this for. I need to do it for my family too. For me loosing weight means being able to wear nicer clothes and feel more confident, for my family it means a healthier me.
So fingers crossed for tomorrow and the first day of a healthier, happier me!
