Here to subscribe...I started SS today for the first time. I've eaten loads and I'm still full from tea time so I am hopeful I can keep this up. Good luck.
 
Burgers were so yummy, added pineapple to make them Hawaiian burgers lol

Weigh in day tomorrow...wish me luck! Like I've said before I'll be happy with 1-2lbs

Today so far...

Getting a bit bored;
shredded wheat with soya milk again!

Homemade tomato & basil soup
2 nimble brown bread

1 Cadbury finger
1 curly wurly
Couldn't resist! Will count them as my two treats I did manage to not eat scones and fresh Danishes at a meeting this morning so feel good!

Weigh in at 6.30 :! Not sure what to have for dinner yet, fancy homemade chicken kebabs mmmm

Lost 4lbs! So happy :) no longer 13 something, now 12st 13lb. Thanks everyone for your words of encouragement xx
