i know life can be a pest at times lol

did a bit better yesterday mets, ate bit more but didn't get up till lunchtime!!!

oats, soya milk, banana

chicken & lots of vegg casserole

2 slices of rye bread & marg

today the new 'tweaks' to the plan begin. don't think they will affect me as such cos will continue to do the sf.
the idea of more flexability is good though, and may help on 'off' days when sf foods are not to hand.

well this week i stayed the same.

just reset all my details on the ww tracker so starting fresh from today.
new start weight, bit less than the original one.
instead of going like a bull at a gate with it all like i usually do i aim to make small changes each week and add to and work on maintaining each week.
going back to basics and as my name says 'oneatatime'
this week will work on tracking each day

slept a lot today so didn't eat much again.

yep i know it comes from 49ers but i havn't much of an appetite at the mo and struggling to just eat the bread/marg.
at least i am getting a bit of something down me.
last night i plated up my dinner and couldn't face it so hubby had it tonight.
still tracking to get back into the habit.

only thing is when not eating enough we don't loose weight as the body goes into starvation mode and hangs onto what we have

today....

oneatatime, have you thought about skyping with your gd? We are in a similar situation with our daughters grandparents so we stick her in front of the webcam so her grandparents can see her in between visits, and it's free :) xx
 
Oo i see i thort u might have found a certain brand which was free on sf!! Wishful thinkin i think lol. X

yesterday......again not much of an appetite so late brekkie and lunch.
have dropped the options as thought i was having too much, moved onto weak diluted squash with hot water.
