I only went and had 2 McDs onion rings. Hope that doesn't constitute falling off nthe wagon when added to my wham bar. I'd love to know how many syns that is. The rest of the day has gone well with only 3 syns so far, so may even ahve kept below my target of 10-15 per day.

Hi! The onion rings aren't on the syns on the website but for a whole portion they are 235 calories. It's roughly 20 calories for 1 syn which would make the whole portion about 11.5 syns. So you could probably work out how many you've had from that!x

I think 2 rings out of 8 is what I ahd which is a quarter, so that's about 4. That was so not worth it

I didn't realise it was 20 cals a syn. Does that always work out like that then?

Thats what i got told by my consultant to do if i got really stuck with something. Theres the odd thing you can't find on the SW website so working it out using 20 cals = 1 syn is a good way of estimating how many your having! Somethings may be less if worked out properly obviously but its better to over estimate than to under :D x
