just a quick question.
the hand book that you get in week one tells you what foods you can have, but i noticed that onions are not on the list of salad?
is this because they are bad for you on this diet or because they just couldn't put every vegetable and salad item in the book?:confused:
would like to know as onions are one of my favourite things, and they add flavour to a bland salad.
