Only 14lb to goal!

I lost another 3lb this week which takes my total weight loss to 86lb - I have 14lb to goal!

I am very excited about that fact! lol

I made the decision yesterday to finish abstinence on November 10th. I would like to be finished by November 3rd but the absolute date is Nov 10th. I may well have achieved my goal before then, if that is the case I will re-assess as I may sneak in another cheeky 4lb

Kat - I'll be starting RTM a couple of weeks after you, by 23 Nov latest so I can be at least week 5 for Christmas and enjoy some of the festivities .
