Thats all thats need on the Christmas challenge to bring the total lost to an amazing 200lb in only 4 weeks. 7lb's isn't that brilliant. With any luck that total will get smashed today and we will be on our way to 250lbs. So who's going to take us through this 200lbs, Is it you?
