Only lost 3.5 lbs!!

AMAZING!! I am normally a 1 lb'er and take ages but joined WW last week and first weight in has started my journey nicely!! I've never done PP before as last time I done WW it was the old system

Any tips for your favourite dinners???

Well done!

I followed the old points plan about 4 years ago and then piled the weight back on after moving in with my boyfriend. Back then I only cooked for myself so I pretty much LIVED on vegetable curries and tagines! Just veg, tinned tomatoes/passata and then whichever spices you fancy! Unfortunately he can eat and eat and apparently *needs* meat so I'm now trying to find some in-between recipes!
 
Well done! That was my first weigh in loss aswell. I'd advise to track everything and planning meals before hand has really help me get going. Good luck x
