I followed the old points plan about 4 years ago and then piled the weight back on after moving in with my boyfriend. Back then I only cooked for myself so I pretty much LIVED on vegetable curries and tagines! Just veg, tinned tomatoes/passata and then whichever spices you fancy! Unfortunately he can eat and eat and apparently *needs* meat so I'm now trying to find some in-between recipes!
