I think the best thing with SW is the variety of foods you can have as it keeps things interesting.

Saturday was good as kids requested hot dogs for tea and DH fancied scotch pies (with it being pie week lol) so I had baked potatoe with prawns in a homemade marie rose sauce with some salad on the side. Sunday dinner was my normal roast but we had stuffed chicken breasts wrapped in chicken with all the veg and roasties.

Tonight I made the creamy mushroom and tomato pasta. Was supposed to be having the SW meatballs but didn't realise that I had to put them in the oven so had made the pasta expecting to micro them at the last moment and then found out they were oven bake - doh. So ended up having a mattesons pork sausage with it instead.

Never mind lost 1.5lbs at weigh in this evening so hopefully I can get rid of the sausage syns before next week.
