thanks guys have finally beat off all the water weight i gained when i moved to 810 and now have a couple of days to race to my weigh in on monday night. am hoping for another lb or two. woo.

enjoy it minz it's so much easier and more fulfilling. although i seem to be getting all of the ss symptoms that people have mentioned now, the odd cramp in my legs at night, death breath, chapped lips... all a bit odd really..
