    LUNCH: 2 x poached eggs, 2 x Nimble brown bread (HEXB)

    DINNER: Chilli and Corriander meatballs (including onion and carrot SF), potato slices, 42g low fat cheddar (HEXA)
    Meringue nest and ambrosia low fat custard pot (9 syns)

    SNACKS: Quavers (4.5 syns)

    Day 6 - 17th April 2011 - Extra Easy. SYNS 15

    DRINKS: Water 500ml x 3

    BREAKFAST: Breakfast Burrito (pepper, onion, turkey rashers, eggs, new potatoes, sweetcorn, wrap (9syns))

    LUNCH: grapefruit

    DINNER: SW KFC (HEX B) and SW chips with reduced fat cheddar (HEX A), sweetcorn and leeks (SF)

    So after a successful first week - I got a bit lost. I made a mistake and had counted prawns as 1.5syns, when in fact they were 8!!!! This meant that days I thoguht I had done great - I had now gone over on my daily allowance. This mistake ruined day 7.
    Day 8 was very difficult. I had a work event at short notice, so ended up not bening able to plan for it. I did ok, avoided a lot of temptation (toffee popcorn and wine) - however still went over my syns (21).
    Day 9 was awful. as I wrote in my diary - I completely fell off the wagon. I seemed to take the prior few days of being slightly over on sysns to heart - and so threw everything out the window! Anyway - line drawn, and got back on track the next day.
    Day 10 - 15.5 syns - so slightly over, but managable - it was alcohol driven - and considering, I feel it is a huge achievement not to have thrown it all in after a few drinks. Instead I cam home and cooked the most amazing frittata!
    today, DAY 11, is a new day!!

    Day 7 - 18th April 2011 - Extra Easy. SYNS 19
    DRINKS: Water 500ml x 4 Starbucks Skinny Latte 354g (logged as HEX A)

    BREAKFAST: poached egg and 2 slice wholemeal bread (HEX B)
    Plum (SF)

    LUNCH: M&S new potato and egg salad, chilli and coriander prawns, and 1 spoon Light Mayo
    Strawberries (SF)

    DINNER: Stuffed Mushrooms ( quark, sweetcorn, 21g reduced fat cheddar 3 syns)
    M&S Chocolatey Honeycomb Crispies (6 syns)


    Day 8 - 19th April 2011 - Extra Easy. SYNS 21
    DRINKS: Water 500ml x 4
    DIet Coke x 3

    BREAKFAST: Poached egg on toast

    LUNCH: Mexican Burrito with Sour Cream (13 syns)

    Dinner: New potato and egg salad (M&S) with Salad cream (2 syns)
    M&S Honeycomb chocolate treat (6 syns)


    Day 9 - 20th April 2011 - SYNS ???
    Off plan. Not going to count syns in case it permentently derails me! I have learnt my lesson and will not be going off plan in this uncontrollable way again.


    Day 10 - 21st April 2011 - Extra Easy - SYNS 15.5
    DRINKS: Water 500ml x 4 Starbucks Skinny Latte 354g (logged as HEX A)
    Vodka and diet coke x 5 (12.5 syns)

    BREAKFAST: poached egg and 2 slice wholemeal bread (HEX B)
    Banana(SF)

    LUNCH: Dried pasta, passata, onions, chillies, cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce

    DINNER: Potato, pepper and onion frittata topped with 21g reduced fat cheddar (3 syns)

    Day 11 - 22nd April 2011 - Extra Easy. SYNS 3
    DRINKS: Water 500ml x 1

    BREAKFAST: Potato, pepper and onion frittata topped with 21g reduced fat cheddar (3 syns)
