So after a successful first week - I got a bit lost. I made a mistake and had counted prawns as 1.5syns, when in fact they were 8!!!! This meant that days I thoguht I had done great - I had now gone over on my daily allowance. This mistake ruined day 7.
Day 8 was very difficult. I had a work event at short notice, so ended up not bening able to plan for it. I did ok, avoided a lot of temptation (toffee popcorn and wine) - however still went over my syns (21).
Day 9 was awful. as I wrote in my diary - I completely fell off the wagon. I seemed to take the prior few days of being slightly over on sysns to heart - and so threw everything out the window! Anyway - line drawn, and got back on track the next day.
Day 10 - 15.5 syns - so slightly over, but managable - it was alcohol driven - and considering, I feel it is a huge achievement not to have thrown it all in after a few drinks. Instead I cam home and cooked the most amazing frittata!

Off plan. Not going to count syns in case it permentently derails me! I have learnt my lesson and will not be going off plan in this uncontrollable way again.
