thats the way ive always done it as evenings are when i tend to eat i usually have my first meal at about 4,milkshake about 7 then another meal at 9 and my bar in bed,i dont get that hungry in day as im alway busy with kids and housework
very proud of myself fil came over to watch boxing with husband last night and they ordered a curry
was quite tempted to say stuff it start diet again tomorrow but thats what i always say so went to bed with 2 cans of coke,crispy choc milkshake and bar
i always save my bar till im in bed with a can of coke its my little treat of the day
today im sorting out xmas decorations as we will be putting them up next weekend,housework and ironing,hope you have a more exciting day planned than i do?
have lost 7lb this week which im pleased with also wasnt that tempted while in morrisons cafe yesterday while everybody else was eating lovely buttery toast and resisted the biscuits and chocolate today while at my daughters school workshop
cant say its always easy as still have the urge to eat choc or crisps at least once a day
