Hello guys new to sw, im really worried im eating to much used to pro points and worried om going to gain, so can u guys have a quick glance please :)
ok day 1, fruit and muller light for brekkie, ham salad sarnie wirh skips for lunch, tea was sw fry up with 2 half syn sausages 2 eggs turky rashers and beans then a merigue nest and cream total syns 8 glass of milk
day 2, brekkie, beans on toast scraping of extra light flora, lunch tuna pasta with a tablespoon of extra light mayo sweetcoen and cheese and salad tea was a pork stir fry (2 syns as used osyer sauce and sesame seeds) meringe and cream half bag skips 9 syns used

day 3 today!! turrky rajers 2 eggs and toms and mushrooms
lunch tuna pasta salad 1 spoon of el mayo
6 pm (hubs at work late) had homade syn free soup
for tea it will be sw chips homemade burgers (4 syns as it inclusd honey and tom sauce and bread as my hexb) and mushy peas with syn free rice pud and fruit (with my hexa for my milk) does this sound like too much?? x

It doesn't look like too much food to me but I think you need to be more mindful of making sure one third of your plate is superfree foods.

And are you sure you are only 2 syns for oyster sauce and sesame seed. Seeds are usually fairly high in syns.

1 level table spoon is 1 (oyster) ans 28 g of seeds is 8 i only had a srpnkle didnt even register on scales so consultant said to put 1 xx the veg/ sald ect i have been having has been a 3rd, im not aveggie perosn so going toi take os me getting usded to lol xxx

i'm not sure if the fruit with your rice pudding would count as your 1/3 for your main meal, I personally don't think it would but hopefully someone else will have a look and see what they think :)

No peas aren't superfree they are a superspeed, have a look through your book again, anything on the orange pages are superfree, you are getting superspeeds and superfree mixed up....something you don't want to do as it can ruin your weight loss! still have the mushy peas along with the salad, they will help boost your weight loss :)

Apart from the 1/3 superfree, i think you're grasping the plan really well. We all struggle at times so dont fret too much.

ham salad sarnie with skips for lunch - 1 HEXB for bread (check it's wholemeal and the right amount (2 x 400g slices - not 800g slices - or 57g total) - but there is no superfree here
tea was sw fry up with 2 half syn sausages 2 eggs turky rashers and beans then a merigue nest and cream total syns 8 glass of milk 1 HEXA for milk - again you must measure it, amount depends if its full fat, skimmed, semi skimmed etc. Again there no superfree with this meal. Did you also measure the cream?

day 2, brekkie, beans on toast scraping of extra light flora No superfree again. HEXB for the toast, must measure your flora.
lunch tuna pasta with a tablespoon of extra light mayo sweetcoen and cheese and salad Was the salad 1/3 of the meal? The cheese would be your HEXA - did you measure/weigh it? 28g cheddar/42g reduced fat.
tea was a pork stir fry (2 syns as used osyer sauce and sesame seeds) meringe and cream half bag skips 9 syns used Presumably at least 1/3 superfree veg in the stir fry? Again, measure cream, oyster sauce etc.

day 3 today!! turrky rajers 2 eggs and toms and mushrooms Good, tomatoes and mushrooms are superfree.
lunch tuna pasta salad 1 spoon of el mayo "salad" including veg as superfree?

for tea it will be sw chips homemade burgers (4 syns as it inclusd honey and tom sauce and bread as my hexb) and mushy peas with syn free rice pud and fruit (with my hexa for my milk) Not enough superfree again. Measure the hiney & tomato sauce. A level tsp/tbsp is hardly anything and I expect it was more than 4 syns, but thats OK as you seem to have plenty of syns to play with.


Overall as the others have said you are eating nowhere near enough superfree, it needs to be at least 1/3 of every meal - basically fruit and veg that can be eaten on both Red & Green (the Orange pages) so it excludes potatoes, parsnips, pulses, beans & peas etc.

You also get 1 HEXA and 1 HEXB a day. If you dont already you probably need to start measuring things for HEXes (cheese, milk, bread) and syns (margarine, cream, sauces etc) at least until you get an idea how much eg a level spoon is as its very easy to double and triple the amounts when they are small and easily go over your HEXes/syns.

I would definitely not say you are eating too much quantity-wise but you are not yet really eating the right things ie you need more fruit & veg. Doing good though, you'll be there in no time x :)

Hi Ty :) measured all sauces cheeses and milk with the fry up I did have Toms and mushrooms tbh no one mentioned 1/3 plate untill I came on minimins lol but I've really upped the super free today Ty s o much xx

Ok today menu is, fruit and muller light for brerkkie, lunch was a open sarni, 2 slices of whole meal (400g slice not 800) topped with cottage cheese (so no butter) one slice topped with lean sliced beef other ham then toms cuc and beetroom on top of that ate it with a knife and for as was messy but it made me feel like i was eating a meal then melon after for tea its pork lasanga (2% fat) made with my own sauce of toms, peppers sweade onions garlic carrots and oxo stock topped with quark and 42 g of low fat cheese then a fruit salad (theres loads of veggies in lasagna far mopre than meet and pasta xxxxxxx
