    I've just got back from the gym and my sponser forms and T shirt have arrived. OMG..guess I'm really doing it then! This is the first time I've attempted anything like this and am v nervous! Is anyone else doing it or has done it and can give me some tips??

    Im doing something similar called Keep Your Eye On The Ball run for male cancer research. Just keep going, do little bits every second day or so.

    This is a very good site where you can put in details of what times etc and they'll tell you how often to run and when to run and how much to do:
