Thank you for you support.

Need to get my internet sorted at home.

Am still trying to come to terms with the death of my dad and I know this isn't going to change over night but coming on here helps.

Getting the internet on at home is a must, I could do with some of encouragement and support as I have now decided enough is enough when it comes to my increasing weight.

Please, put your own health first at this time and do not worry about the diet. What has just happened in your life proves how precious your health is. Once you have had time to grieve you will get back into it - don't worry and take care x
