Our weekly exercise challenge is.....[[post yours]]

I'm a bit late this week, but I need to do 4 classes to work off my birthday weekend. Spining tonight, Aerobics tommorow,spinning thrusday and boxercise Friday!

Keep going girls!
 
done another stint at the gym,

1 hour cycle cardio
1/2 hour treadmill cardio

10 mins swimming
various weight training equipment
sauna
steamroom

got to try and keep this up!! lol
 
Does anyone on here take spinning classes?

Any tips on how to get rid of cramp in your feet whilst doing it?

Me? ....Still rubbish.............
Done walking today and will go on bike later, but that will only be 2 out of 4 bike and 1 of 2 walks and not done any of my exercise dvd. i dont know where this week has gone, excuses, excuses..........
 
i was doing ok till today, i did 1 hour cardio this morning and was going to go again tonight for weights and swimming,
then i had a bad day with nurse and i felt a bit blahhhh, so i didnt go.
but im not letting it get to me and im back tomorrow in full swing,lol
any exercise is better than none!
