Hey there ladies!
I thought I would try a few slim fast shakes as lunch supplements, as I am at home at lunchtime and always procrastinating about what to eat (and what not to eat).
I found an 'unopened' slim fast tin I've had in the cupboard for a while and this morning I made a quick shake, but I didn't realise that it was Exp 05/09! OMG :jelous:
Please tell me I have not poisoned myself? lol. Tbh, I feel fine but I think I'll ditch that tin and get a newer one!
Also I much prefer to make it with semi skimmed milk, always hated skimmed milk, does it make that much difference??
