Over my weeklies

Hi,

I just wondered if any one could shed any light or speak from experience.
I have stupidly gone over my daylies an weeklies this week, by around 26 ish.
I have mid calculated an item that I have had at least one of every day this week!
I have just noticed it now as I have wrote out my diary.
Weigh in is tomorrow so no cutting back for rest of week.
What will happen tomorrow? I know I won't lose!!
I am devastated!
 
Its done now.. Nothing you can do about it! Wipe the slate clean after weigh in tomorrow its a new week & a fresh start. Dont make it a big issue it doesnt need to be, it happens to most!

I keep track as i go along each day that way i ensure i stick within my point and tend to save my weeklies for a weekend blow out ie night out or nice meal. If you have an iphone download the app it is literally a life saver and it keeps me on track! Try balance out with some exercise too.

try and do some exercise to pull it back. ..sometimes our bodys might suprise us.. one week i went over by over 100 and i lost 3lbs most i have ever lost oin weight watchers
