I hate buffets! It was all fried crap. I spy another crappy weigh in. Gah, finding this a million times harder than ever before. Big sad face :'(

Aah thanks pet. I have such ups and downs throughout the week it's bad. Fingers crossed I keep It on track over the weekend. Hope you're doing ok x
 
Ah buffets are a pain in the bum, just keep at it hun, aslong as you're trying, you're still doing it. :) Best of luck for the weekend, I struggle the most then too... x

Hello there, thanks for stopping by! I think my diary must be so boring to other people, I eat practically an identical breakfast and lunch everyday. But i find if I mix it up too much I get confused, mis point things and get a big fat gain. Boring and matching works for me!
 
OK, so the weekend was as usual filled with food and alcohol. Had my managers leaving do on Friday but didn't drink too much and stopped myself from going to and from the buffet all night. Saturday went out to a gig in town but didn't get food on the way home. I would have no chance of being able to point anything alcohol wise but i'm quite confident I stayed within my weeklies. Only the scales will know the truth, find out after work tonight. Yikes!

I put on a total of 2.5lbs in the last two weeks so any loss is a good thing but i'm annoyed at setting myself back. Need to have another good week but with Easter it means more food! Out for dinner and drinks on Thursday then making Sunday lunch at mine for parents and inlaws but at least I can control what we eat. Fingers crossed!
