Can you tell me why we are not allowed oxo but we are allowed boullion? they have near enough the same nutrition and they are less calories ?

would that extra bit of salt do us harm if it is just 1 cup every few day's ?

my local tesco has stopped sotcking boullion (they are useless :mad:)

Salt can made a big difference and Oxo is not allowed I am afraid.

The best veg waterflavouring to have is the CD one it is made to be compatible with the diet and is the lowest in salt of all of them.

You can get this from your CDC. One teaspoon per day is the maximum allowance.
