Dentist said it should be fine to do the diet whilst my body heals as i wouldnt be eating anything for a couple days anyways. At least on the packs i'll be getting some kind of nutrition. Havnt had one yet as im still a bit numb. Thinking of having a lukewarm vanilla latte at teatime.
