Packs people dont like??

I had to add sweetener to the sweet porridge but the original oatmeal was sweet enough also just seemed to make more of a portion, found the sweet porridge abit gloopy? i suppose we all have different tastes? i have porridge in the morning as it was what i usually have so want to keep diet as similar as possible. its important to me that i seem to be eating as normally as i can within limits of the plan :) I have over my allocation of spinach but it doesnt seem to knock me out of ketosis and cals are 27/100g so very low calorie, i dont have my total allowance on milk anyway so i suppose it evens itself out :)
