Paella

    Diet:
    Slimming World
    Serves 2 as a main

    100g Paella Rice (free)
    1 Small Onion - diced
    Pepper - Diced
    1 Clove of Garlic - Crushed
    ANY Meat or Fish you would like (Chicken, Ham, Salmon etc - cut/slice to bite size pieces)
    900ml Chicken Stock

    1.Place chopped onion in pan soften and brown, add peppers and crushed garlic. Leave on heat for few mins.
    2.Add the rice, stir and brown the rice.
    3.Add the chicken stock
    4.Place all meat (if chicken etc brown and part cook before adding into this. Fish can remain uncooked as cooks well enough in)in and reduce heat and leave for 30-40 mins, keep checking and stirring tho!
    5.Place in dish and serve

    All free on EE day.... Adjust HE for Green day....

    I will add pic next time.

    You can add Saffron for a bit of colour (I didnt have any when I made the other day :)

    You could add a tiny bit of turmeric instead of safron, which will add the same colour! Only a little because you dont want to overpower it, but it tastes citrusy!

    Great meal for Green day or EE!
