mmmm they are really delicious, I only started having them the other week and they are becoming a favourite thing.

They ARE may favourite thing. I love these with Sainsburys low fat egg mayo, and if it is the weekend some chopped crispy bacon.

StaceyUK introduced me to them, and I am eternally grateful to her for it!!

I had mine warmed up in the oven with my allowance of mozarella and some chopped tomato,and a woman at my class mixes chopped up egg with a laughing cow light on hers! they are certainly a good source of fibre
