Pasta and effect on WI

Hi All

Its my first week back and I had lost 2.5lb since Mon, until today. I ate pasta yesterday and woke up 2lb heavier.

I know I shouldnt weigh in every morning and have just read a useful post about this so will stop (or i will really try)

Does anyone else find pasta makes you heavier?

Think i may only have pasta once a week after WI now.

Did you eat a salty meal? Maybe that was the problem. Salt holds onto water so u will appear heavier next day. Or did you boil the pasta in salt? Just a thought x
