Pasta and Sauce

Can anyone help please, went to my friends today and had an Asda Pasta in Sauce thing, 120g, cheese and broccoli. Have looked on syns calculator and they have them but at 115g and not the flavour in question. My friend seemed to think they are free but not so sure as the others in the SW website are between 2-3 syns

Sorry but the only way to know for sure is for you to post the nutritional info and someone can work it out. Or if you have access to the syn calculator you can do it yourself

Just used the syn calculator and they worked out 7 syns!!!!!!! Really pee'd off, what a waste of syns

good job I took the packet to work it out!!!

It sounds like you didn't include the free food allowance for the pasta on the first page of the calculator. If you add this in it should be a lot lower.

Thanks Kristin - just worked it out again and it was only 1.5 syns - so this week is saved!!!!!
