Serves 4 - 2 1/2 syns per person

Ingredients

Matteson reduced fat smoked sausage diced (7/12 syns)
Pack lean bacon chopped
Cheese Reduced fat (use a HeA per person, or add an extra 6 syns per serving) grated (topping)
1 Carrots diced small
Lrg onion chopped
Lrg piece celery, halved lengthway then sliced
300g Mushrooms sliced
1 Lrg Courgette diced
1 Can tomatoes chopped
4 tbsps puree (2 syns)
Herbs: Oregano, Marjoram, Basil, salt and pepper
Frylite

100g per person, any shape of pasta.

180 C for the oven.

Very simple dish

Using the frylite, fry all the vegetables, adding the herbs and seasoning, for approx 10 minutes, or until the vegetable's begin to soften. Then add the sausage and bacon, and cook until the bacon is cooked through, then add the chopped tomatoes and puree, and half a can of water, mix well.

Then add pasta to the water, and simmer the sauce, while you wait for the pasta to cook, stirring occasionally.

When the pasta is ready, drain and add to a large baking dish, pour the sauce all over the top and mix thoroughly ensuring that the sauce is evenly distributed throughout the pasta. Then sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top of the pasta.

Put in the oven and bake for 20 mins.
