    Hi all i had a little experiment and it actually turned out quite nice so i thought id post. I think it might have been about 5 calories but if someone could confirm as im new to all this. Thanks

    i used 35 grams of wholewheat penne pasta.
    1 onion
    3 garlic cloves
    3 tomatoes
    half a courgette
    1 carrott
    a quarter of aubergine
    mix spice to taste
    salt
    pepper
    half a teaspoon of paprika
    a dash of worcester sauce
    1 spray of 1 calorie spray stuff

    basically i boiled the pasta then in another saucepan browned the onions with 1 calorie spray and a dash of water add the salt, pepper and crushed garlic, then add all the other ingredients and stir and add a little water depends how much sauce you like and boil until the veg is cooked.
    And then serve with the pasta. Yum yum.
