Pasta Salad Cold dressing

Any ideas, sick of balsamic vinegar on pasta.

Would like something nice (low in syns) to pour over my already cooked pasta, peppers & peas.

Not tomato based as it's already cooked.

Someone at group on Tuesday said they make a really tasty potato salad by blitzing a tub of low fat cottage cheese until it is smooth (but still quite thick!) and mixing it with their potato and vegetables. That might work on a pasta salad too?

Mmm that sounds nice, i've always tried to do sauces/dressings with lf yogurt, so this will make a nice change.
