I would assume that as it is unlimited you could eat as much as you want! There's no guidelines for maximum amounts, etc xx

Yes, I had a birds eye veg pack of broccoli, carrots and sweet corn with the pasta n sauce followed by raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and grapes

For the spag Bol, it's stuffed with onion, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes (both tinned and fresh) and, apart from the fruit I'll eat too, I assumed this would count as my 1/3 super free.

I only do green days and sometimes have pasta for both dinner and tea so dont worry - it shouldnt be a problem! :D
