    Is there already a post on Paul McKenna?

    Having a sort out found the above book in my cupboard and after reading it it seems to make quite a lot of sense. Has anyone followed the Paul McKenna book and managed to lose weight?

    :confused::confused::confused:

    I found it very helpful in being able to slow down when eating which gives a much better ability of knowing when you have eaten sufficient. I would always eat everything on my plate even to the extent of feeling really bloated and uncomfortable after a meal. Now I don't have that compulsion at all.
