Yep, got it last year. Simple concept about eating when you are hungry, eating slowly, putting your knife and fork down between each mouthful. It has stuff about visualising foods you love as something horrid, then this will put you off them. The cd has lots of reinforcing hypnosis bits. If you can be disciplined enough to follow it, it will help. It did not work for me but post lt it may help.

i had it last year too worked for 2-3 weeks but give up you got to be very mind strong to do it but the CD that comes with it is relaxing but nothing beats LT that is my view.
