Pedometer on itouch

What do you think? I've had dodgy pedometers before and thinking i'll use the one on my itouch but i'm not sure if it's reliable enough. The itouch is always in my back pocket when i'm out and about and at work so will be easy enough to set it up but...is it reliable enough?

And for itouch users...which one do you use?

Same here i'm gonna watch it and see if anyone uses it and if it's any good!! Is it the same one as on the iphone does anyone know?

Urm i downloaded 2, one is the pocket pedometer (orange background with a white running women), the other is just pedometer (purple background white foot).

Which ones do you have???
