Hey peeps! Quick question: can you have peppermint tea on SS?

I'm a tea addict and coped last time by just ignoring my cravings but with the weather being so cold and starting SS on Jan I figured I could get accustomed to it as my routine now so I don't feel like I'm missing out when I am back on SS if that makes sense! x

Yes you can!

You can have any leaf teas, just not fruit ones. So peppermint, roobius (sp?), nettle, green, white are all fine!

Sadly not. It's made from the seeds of the plant, not the leaves.

Pity, cos I quite like it.

It might. I've had the odd cup and got away with it but strictly speaking, it's a no-no.
