Hello everyone. Finally starting a new first and SW - first class tomorrow. Enough messing around now! I have 6 WIs until my holiday and I HAVE to shift a min of a stone, ideally more! Weighed an awful 11 st 8.5 this morning and have tried to be good today.. Had two kiwis and a tangerine for breakfast Whole meal pitta and hummus Leftover chicken and chorizo pasta Olives Steak, sweet potato and mushrooms Actually looking forward to sticking to this!!!
