Back on the s/w wagon need to lose some weight asap. Have planned menu for the week, must be mental starting before Christmas but have got to the point of why wait any longer.

Have spent lots of time reading minimins, fab site! Considered doing Lipotrim for quick weight loss but don't think I'll be able to stick to it. Decided that while I'm ok doing slimming world I'm not going to change!

Throwing myself fully back into slimming world, have come upstairs to plan my meals away from the babies. lol. Took my measurements last night, shocking but hopefully they'll soon be reduced. Got through my goal of completing 1 day. Next goal is to complete 1 week (without cheating). Going to be a real test as that week includes xmas. Trying to plan ahead so that I'm not tempted.
