Pestys slimmer for summer diary

Thanks for your response Claire :) i know im being a bit hard on myself, it's really frustrating to try so hard all week and knowingly screw it up at the weekend!

Fingers crossed for tonight and i'll just have to try harder this week :)

The trouble with alcohol is that i can drink a lot, so although i love vodka diet coke and its low in syns if i went to the football drinking that all day id be trolleyed!! There isnt a low syn alcoholic drink that you can have for the day and not end up on the floor! lol xx

WI i gained 1.5 lb - i was a bit annoyed but only at myself, such hard work during the week to sabotage myself at the weekend!! Im going to make a really big effort to be good this weekend - i only have 6 weeks to go!! I might also try not depriving myself so much during the week as this may stop me binging at weekends, just a bit of choccie here and there, etc.

I did however measure myself and i have lost an inch and a half from my waist and and inch from my stomach since i last measured so im wondering if its because its * week that the scales were so harsh?

I did go on the wii!! :D i did half and hour free step whilst watching Harry Potter lol xx

Food for tomorrow is not yet known, i intend on having scrambled egg, beans, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes for a late breakfast.

Im going to my friends funeral in the afternoon and so i will have no control over what im eating or when, im really going to try and not let the emotion of the day take over my control of my food, im going to take a kelloggs bar with me incase i need the chocolate xx

I LOST 4LBS AT WEIGH IN!!!!

Im so pleased with myself, it was such a boost to see 4lbs come off that i jumped up and down and clapped in front of the whole group (yes, it was embarrasing after id calmed down) lol.

Im really motivated now to keep up the hard work :)

Really pleased with today, i went out for lunch for a leaving do and was the only one not to have alcohol, instead of having lunch we got a sharing platter but i steered clear of the chicken wings and only had a tiny bit of what was there.

I did an hour on the wii aswell which i was really proud of as i ate too much for dinner!! lol

Weeks 1 day :)

I havent updated this in ages - work have banned minimins so its quite difficult!!

I went to wi today and lost 6lb!! My secret? Smaller portions, i have been eating meals off a tea plate and having less :) im so pleased!! I got my 1 stone award and i probably would have got SOTW if there was a group to stay to (its bank holiday) xx
