Really dissapointed today,

I was perfect all day but my burgers were dry so i added sauce, i then ate the burger on its own afterwards - which of course i added sauce to, i just couldnt help myself! Its so frustrating!

I know i shouldnt be fretting as its only 1 over but without it i would have been well within my syns.

It could have been so much worse, when i got in my sister announced that the whole family were going for an indian! I declined as although i hadnt had any syns at this stage indian would be a super sabotager for me as i would be able to help myself from having some of the old favs as its a buffet!! I was really peeved that they only thought to ask me when i got in tho, i heard my sister sneak upstairs and ask it it was ok if i went and mum said 'spose' grrrrr

Bit disappointed with yesterday, had a flexi day yesterday, but went 10 syns over my flexi syns!! I did have a bit of restraint where i didnt drink yesterday but was annoyed with the mayonnaise and chip eating!! I should have been more prepared, 6 hours in the pub took its toll on my hunger!! Back on track for today!! xx

Ive been awful!!!

And that's me drawing a line under it! I've got to that stage where i hit a brick wall in the diet, not because i have plateud or anything like that, its self sabotage. All my restraint and determination goes out the window and i eat naughty foods, ignoring the guilt, i then put on and am gud for the week and get it off and then im naughty again and put on, its a vicious cycle really.

I went to WI yesterday and lost 1lb - which i was very pleased with, even though it was a morning class and so i probably would have sts or gained 1lb in my usual evening class.

I decided late last night to give myself a good old fashioned kick up the bum!! This morning i walked the 2.4 miles to work - which only took me 35 mins! I use to love walking and think it's definately the boost i need!!

Im not going to record yesterday's food as ive passed that mind frame and making myself feel guilty will do me no good! So onwards and downwards from here hopefully!! Only 8 weeks left until hols so a good determination is just what i need :)

Brilliant!! So proud of myself for yesterday :) I even watched the bus go by as i decided to walk halfway home and meet my OH :)

quite pleased with today. Had to make my Grandma some brownies to take to her in hospital tomorrow and was so annoyed at myself, but really i only had 1/16th of the cake - it's not syn online but trust me it was tiny so probably not even 8 syns but just to be safe :)

Whatever the scales say tomorrow im just going to have to deal with it, i didnt even really enjoy the skin!! That's how silly it is!! xx
