How have the portions been though....can't imagine a tea plate of food for dinner Think my veg would fit onto a tea plate alone....oh god I'm in trouble lol

The portions have been alright my dinner tonight was on a real plate and as expected i over ate its all SW things but is silly when im not hungry

The tea plate actually a side plate i just couldnt remember what its called lol

I eat all thats on it and then evaluate if i really want more or not I dont make myself have tiny portions or anything silly i just have 2 small plates if im really hungry rather than scoffing down one huge one when im not lol Ive also taken to eating my lunch with a tea spoon, it lasts longer and i cant shove as much in my mouth lol xx
