DAY 1

B: X2 ww wholemeal bread with l/f butter 151cal

Cappucinno 66cal and sainsburys cereal bar 99cal.

L: Sandwich made with ww bread with extra light soft cheese 152cal. And ww soup 92cal.

D:

Drinks: Water. Herbal tea.
Exercise. Body Combat

 
ooh good one ... can we all join???

B: Red portion pot of Special K with Milk from allowance = 200 cals

Orange = 50 cals

L: Salad Sandwich on Granary Bread = 200 cals

Small Banana = 70 cals

D:

Drinks: Tea with very little milk, diet coke, water
Exercise: Salsacise DVD
 
Wow!! And do you feel full after that?? How many cals are you allowed during the day?
 
i've started the fat attack fortnight again so i'm on 1200 cals for 2 weeks then it goes up to 1500 cals and I have so much veg that i'm definitely full!!!

Skinny capuccino 66cal skinny latte 99cal.

L: Sandwich made with l/f soft cheese and turkey ham 200cal
humous and carrot sticks 109cal

D: x2 l/f sausages. Sweet potato. and veggies with l/f gravy.

Snacks. Mini toffee chrisp 99cal and wotisits 95cal.
Drinks. Water and a glass of oj.

Need more veg and fruit!! Probably went over my calories today but overall a good day. Need to add some exercise aswell!!

That doesn't sound too bad, I love veg. Really looking forward to starting this diet.
