He was quite interesting and I would think quite dishy in his day.
He explained the principle of the Dukan diet, which I did not know before.
It sounds a bit like a fusion of the Atkins diet leading up tp SW.
I suppose it is great if you want a quick fix followed up by a very sensible and healthy diet.
