Wow fifi that sounds like a lush food day lots of my favourites in there! You have done very well on the excercise side of things this week too! I think I am going to have a 5 session gym week so will try and do some more endurance on sunday.

I have decided that I need to change my routine with tim at the gym just because I think it is good to mix things up slightly! It felt good doing something different last night asnd showed me how much fitter I am than when I started! Yay!

Friday

D: Homemade pizza (1000 cals?! - not sure but tasted amazing, and it was all fresh ingredients so not that fussed)

A: 2 magners pint bottles, 2 small cans strongbow, 1 pint strongbow, 1/2 glass of white wine

Not too bad for a naughty alcohol day

Sat - food disaster

B: 1 croissant and lemon curd, 1 white roll with cream cheese and marmite, 1 tea, 1 pint water
L: french stick and butter
D: chinese

3 diet cokes no water! bad pest

EEk - oh well that was my naughty food day

Sunday

Pre gym Bruch: 40g frosties, 200 ml milk, 1 banana , 2 small toast cream cheese and marmite (480 cals) Was lazy and had a lush lay in so was starving and wanted a good energy boost for the gym

Dinner: Roast at momma and poppa blanchards, always v healthy so I would say about 600 cals

Workout (yay - 5 this week!! whoop whoop)
Hill climbing 30 mins 406 cals

When I look at it this weekend is not bad for me, I feel like it was horrific but when you write it down it seems better! Also I didnt have too much alcohol on fri - although enough!

Actually a very good day especially for a Saturday and no alcohol!

Sunday: bad day!!
Bacon Sandwich 308 cals
Roast Dinner - probably about 1100 cals!!!
No excersise!!

Over all quite pleased with my weekend and managed to do some form of excersise every day this week apart from Sunday :)

ha-ha i am sure i will make up for it over the next two weekends lol!! Ooooo i forgot i did have another 1/2 pint of strongbow after the cinema on friday night - I am such a pest not writting this down - i should take a notepad out with me!!

Imagine how horrific it would be if we took a notpad on a night out with us to log all our alcoholic drinks!!! Horrendi!! xx
