D: 3 low fat saus, 2 small jacket pots and veggies

S: 1 bottle d coke, 2 coffee, 2 tea, 3l water
I still feel really poorly and have decided to give the excercise a miss until I feel fit again
 
Thursday

B: Frosties
L: cous cous
D: small turkey steak, veggies and rice in soy sauce and 3 oat cakes

S: 2 tea, 3L water

No gym still not fully well

oh kimber you are doing really well, i have just lost it since christmas, i can not even complete a full day.!
 
Thanks Jot is very hard and I am being quite naughty at weekends but just sticking to it mon to fri seems to be working combined with the excercise

Monday

B: frosties
L: tub green soup m and s
D: salmon steak, veggie risotto, veg and tom salad

S: 3.5L water, 2 coffee

E: 5km run in 35mins

Tuesday

B: Frosties
L: pasta with tuna salad and low fat cream cheese with salad
D: Veggie rice with 1/2 sausage and 1/2 pork loin

S: 3 tea, 3.5L water, 2 d coke

L: tuna pot tom salad
Fine until this point
D: cooked chicken from counter, with chips salad and bread - far too many ahhhh

S: 1 d coke, 1 bag carrots, 1 mixedfruit thing, 2.5L water

Back to good tom
 
Thursday

B: Bran twigs
L: Tuna and pot salad, 1 small slice bread
D: 2 small jacket pots, salmon steak, veggies and rataouille

S: 2 coffee, 1 naughty coffee (3/4 filter, 1/4 hot skim milk) 3L water, 2 d coke

E: 3.6km in 25 mins
 
Friday

B: Brantwigs
L: Veggie cous cous with salad
D: turkey noodle stir fry

S: 3L water, 2 d coke, 1 coffee, 1 tea

wedding tomorrow to go to yay and off work on monday sure it will be a horrific weekend but hey back to my pre xmas weight so am going to have a treat
