Pinching fat

I have a mate who when I'm sat next to him always tries to pinch my side fat .... well he tried to do it yesterday and couldn't .... Hahaha .... It's not that I think he does it in as horrible way but it us upsetting to me to see it . So yeh hahaha...... Then has to explain where side fat had gone too... Made me feel well good now just to shift the rest of it .... Weigh in tomorrow.

Ha that's great ... Fat pinching p***k is no more lol! Id slap the jaws of anyone who touched me! Hehe!

But hey that's a great measure if how many inches are gone!
