Green day

2 weetabix and a banana -HEa - 1HEb-

2 Boiled eggs with Soldiers -HEb-Mullerlite and some fruit

Cheesy pots! ... -HEa- and somthing Quorn with it and brocoli

any snacks will be fruit or mullers ....

Syns are for cheese sauce and i may somthing else but will add if i do

Ok so another green day

Breaky- muller and necterine

Lunch- Cereal with stacks of fruit and VLFyog ..
(am hooked at the mo)

Tea - Cheesy Pots with Quorn Chicken Fillet and salad

Snacks - Alpen, fruit, muller

Syns= Alpen 4.5 cheese sauce umm cant remember 2 i think ...

Wednesday wk 2 day 1

HEA - milk
HEB - Cereal
HEB - 2 slices bread

Breaky - cereal and fat free yog

Lunch - Bacon, mushrooms and onions fried and then scrambled with eggs and toast mmm yummy

Tea - spag bol

Syns = dolmio 4 Pasta 4.5

Snacks = fruit (strawbs, grapes, nana. syn free pancakes and seafood sticks)

water = 2 glasses is the target for today!
