Hi. It is my first week on WW, though I have done it before. I have been doing SW but getting nowhere with it so I was keen to try the new Pro Points plan.
Normally I am OK during the week but lose the plot at weekends. With the weekly points I am planning my treats for the weekend rather than just winging it. I feel a lot more in control and a lot less under pressure because I know it is OK to have those treats. I have also felt better because I have not had to deprive myself to earn those treats. Does anyone else feel like this? Fingers crossed that this psychological boost will see me through the weekend without incident!
