Well Week 7 this week and loss 1lb! that's only 4lb in the last 3 weeks.

What is going wrong.

I am following TS I don't cheat, I drink around 3lt a day just plain water.

I have checked several times the last few weeks & have def been in ketosis.

I walk to & from work each day so around 30mins a day plus hydrotherapy twice a week.

The only thing I can think may be affecting me is my hormones. I stopped breastfeeding 7 weeks ago when I started dieting and have had my 1st period in 2 years this week. Could that be it???

I just feel so p****d off now, this diet is not easy and I feel like I'm getting nowhere

I think hormone have a lot to answer for! The fact that your sticking to the diet, exercising and drinking lots of water means that you are definitely burning fat, so its something else (water/muscle/general hormone weirdness) that is getting in the way of the scales! Keep going and I'm sure within the next week or two you'll see a whole months worth of hard work suddently materialise!
Do you do your measurements or anything as well?
Good luck, keep going, you've lost over 2 stone in 7 weeks which is amazing!!!! Do you look/ feel any different to when you started?

Some times the small loses really do demotivate us :(.
But the bigger picture, shows that you really are on track, and have already lost 2 stone, in less than 2 months, which is excellent :D

Your hormones may be a factor, not helping you just now.
All women experience a tad of that feeling at TOTM.

All the little pounds, 1.5lb, or 2lb losses really do add up.... so keep going, and see what the bigger picture says at the end of 12 weeks :).

Also measure your self if you haven't already done so.... :)

Mmmm, have you been pooing properly? Perhaps a 'clear out' is needed?

Thanks for your posts

Yes i have been measuring and have lost 10 inches in total so far so something is happening.

I just have a thing about what the scales say. I think it's bothering me more because I haven't been below the 18 mark in years and am desperate to get to that goal.

As far as number 2's go, I'm still regular as clockwork so not that
