Please help me estimate my syns...

Hi

I'm going out for dinner tonight and I've had a look at the menu and the safest option for me (bearing in mind I don't eat meat) looks like:

Starter - Sweet potato and chilli soup
Main - Chargrill vegetable skewers with lemon and coriander rice

Any suggestions for how to syn this? I know that it's impossible to get it spot on when you're eating out and can't be sure exactly how it's cooked etc. but I just wondered what the general consensus might be. I'm going for a 100% week (the first in a while...) and I'm determined to stick to it!

I would probably use a Heb on oil for the skewers ( if you have one left if not 6 syns). Depending wether the soup tastes creamy I would either count 2 syns or 6 if it's cm creamy. However I would just be proud I made good choices in that situation. Hope you enjoyed it
