Please help, moving from LT to WW

#1
Hi all, i really need help, advice on this one.
I've been doing LT since Jan and lost 7stone, I'm going to start maintanance on Thursday and do that for about 3 weeks then moving over to WW to get into healthy eating and shift the last bit of weight. Can anyone here tellme what to expect? Because I've been doing LT should i not eat as many points as they say etc? Should i expect to gain anything to begin with? Will I lose and if so how much roughly a week(this doesn't bother me, slow and steady will be fine)

Anyone been in a similar situation??
Any advice to offer?
I'm terriffied!!!

Thanks!
xxx

if u stick to ww properly for the first week you mite manage to loose or stay the same but i no some people have managed to loose a lot on the first week but everyones different. most people loose one to two a week but on occasions u can loose more again it depends on ur body!! ud be better off using all ur points IMO because from experience if u save some u dont loose much and i even managed to stop loosing for a couple of weeks because of this!!
most people make the transition smoothly tho so you should be grand!! good luck x

Don't be terrified. Once you've started, you'll wonder why you didn't do it before. It's easy to follow.

Good luck.
